If you wish to cancel reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the scheduled treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

Children's policy:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE OF CHARGE, the second child up to 3 years old charged 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charged 189 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charged 219 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18 years extra bed charged 269 PLN/day​ (accommodation, breakfast)
• adults extra bed charged 269 PLN/day ​(accommodation, breakfast)

note: in the Classic type room only one extra bed/baby cot is possible

• in case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations resulting from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the Hotel,
• failure to use any element of the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to modify the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in case there are no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of arriving with a small pet at a cost of 115 zł per night,
• the offer is for individual guests.
